Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients: (yields 1 serving)

  • 1 cup Fresh Watermelon
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Plant-Based Milk or Water


In a high-speed blender, add the fresh watermelon, frozen strawberries, lime juice, and your choice of plant-based milk or water. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

If necessary, scrape down the sides of the blender and blend again to ensure all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Note: Feel free to customize this recipe by adding additional ingredients like a handful of spinach or a scoop of protein powder for an extra nutritional boost.

To adjust the consistency:

If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more plant-based milk or water and blend again until you reach the desired consistency. If the smoothie is too thin, add a few more frozen strawberries or a small handful of ice and blend again until it thickens.
