Hi, I'm Rachel!

I’m so happy you’re here! FoodByRach started as my little recipe box on the internet to inspire others with fresh and creative recipes. I began sharing recipe content when I was 13 and would rush home after school to photograph them before the sun went down.

Fast forward 10 years, and you can still find that same passionate girl in everything I do. I’m always on the lookout for local fruit and veggie stands, especially those wooden ones at the end of someone’s driveway in the summer, with produce and herbs from their gardens.

Like so many others who love to cook, Ratatouille has always been my favorite movie. It inspired me to work in several restaurants, where I learned some of the best techniques. My favorite things to make and eat are Caprese salads, spicy pepper pasta, and pineapple ginger juice.
